SHARING YOUR WORK
Submit a proposal
We would be happy to receive a proposal from you! Here’s how to submit.
Submit your proposal
Complete the online proposal form describing your session topic, format, and intended audience. Proposals are reviewed by the ICLL program committee.
Receive acceptance notification
The ICLL program committee will review all proposals in the coming months, and you will be notified of acceptance as soon as possible.
Submit your handout & bio
Upload your session handout and a short bio for the congress program. Files should be submitted as PDF.
Present at ICLL 14
Sessions are 45 minutes. AV equipment (projector, screen, microphone) is provided. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to set up, and bring your own laptop or device to share your presentation from.

What does registration cost?
Early-bird pricing is $425 until August 1, 2026. Beginning August 1, registration will increase to $465. This cost includes room, board, and all congress materials.
Is there an online attendance option?
ICLL 14 is an in-person congress. Session recordings will be made available to registered attendees after the event. ICLL alternates between in-person and online formats every 18 months.
Can I bring my spouse or family?
Yes — couples are welcome to attend together, and each will need to register. The facility has requested that no children be present during the Congress.
What is the cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. Any refunds or cancellations will result in processing charges. Cancellation of registration for any MTI event will result in the loss of the deposit. If no deposit was made, a charge of $50 per adult will be assessed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the starting date of the event. Transfers are not available for MTI events.
